The property was clean, organized, and in prime location where restaurant and other things like shopping mall and establishments are just a few steps away. The unit was so clean and pristine when we arrived. My parents love the rooms and the facilities there. Too bad we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay but aside from that, everything was amazing.
The parking was a big issue for us. We thought we can park inside their parking lot, though I don’t mind paying extra for it, but unfortunately we have to park outside their parking lot.

The condo was clean, tidy, very good location. Had wi-fi a washing machine an iron and a hair dryer, all the facilities you need for a long stay.
There are 3 lifts in the block but only two was working, which meant sometimes you needed to wait to get up or down from the the 9th floor.

Would recommend this stay ,comfortable and complete in amenities. If you are looking for a staycation in Cebu that almost near on restaurants, malls, parks etc. This is perfect
