The house was stocked with more than we needed, organized, nothing too worn out.
The neighbors were too close and took over more parking. The water structure was further away and inconvenient drive from property. The AC kicks on and off too much at night.

Nice townhouse, had everything and close to the pool.
The owner or person in charge takes a lot of time to answer messages. Poor communication.

The house was spacious and had great seating for eating and relaxing while watching tv. There was enough things in the kitchen to do meals and light food prep. The pools were a hit and nice to have pickleball close by and some bikes to ride from the garage.

Generally nice place with lots of room.
Additional details (neither pro nor con--just additional info): all arrangements are handled electronically, including key (you receive a code). Garage is not available for parking; it functions as a rec room with bikes, ping pong, mini-basketball, etc. Furnishings show a bit of age but are otherwise fine.
No closet in master bedroom suite -- only closet space is in main living area!
