Southern Dream is the perfect vacation home for all ages! Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village at Zion complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. Within a short drive of multiple National and State parks, bike paths right outside your front door, and resort style amenities; there will never be a dull moment during your stay at Southern Dream!

Southern Dream is a tastefully decorated 5 bedroom / 5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests, or up to 17 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress and a twin foam mat. Spend your days challenging each other to ping pong tournaments, games of spike ball, cornhole, pickleball, and games on the Xbox 360! Take full advantage of the Paradise Village Resort amenities and lounge poolside or play at the waterpark. You will love cooking in this fully equipped kitchen or barbequing on the back porch under the seating desert sun. For dessert, roast marshmallows around the fire on the balcony to make delicious smore's! End the day with a family game night and play one of the many board games provided or host a movie night with a Smart TV, and sound bar, ; it will be a movie experience like no other! We really enjoyed this house. The common space was excellent. The kitchen was nice…maybe not as well stocked with some items that we've had in other properties, but still nice. The hot tub was probably the cleanest one of all the properties we've stayed in. We would recommend this house to others with similar sized group as ours. Red Sands is by far the best vacation rental company that we have ever used. They are always very quick to respond to any problems or questions and very professional and courteous.

Oh my goodness! Absolutely fantastic place for a family reunion. Our place was big enough that we all felt comfortable and we weren't in each other's space. Pools were great and the slide was super fun for all. It would be helpful to have a stool under the bathroom sink especially in the room with the bunk beds. More toilet paper was needed so we just traded rolls around from bathrooms the last day which wasn't a big deal. The overall consensus of the opinion was, “When do we get to come again?” And it wasn't just from the kids.

We had issues with router needing to be reset for TV and WFI to work. I contacted the Red Sands service number and they gave me suggestions BUT after trying them it did not reset the router and we were not given much assistance after that. I know it sounds trivial BUT when you need to work on site and have young kids to it was an inconvenience. Also if I could make a suggestion we have come down several times and have enjoyed your facilities BUT I feel this time the pools were dirty and the bottom of pools were actually breaking off and had holes in some areas. But all in all it was good times.

House is clean, close to the pools and had everything we needed. Stove has a couple burners that wouldn’t light and the drawers in the kitchen are unorganized. Pool is close but was not very clean. The kids found cockroaches in the lazy river. Other than that was a great place to stay with young kids!

This was a perfect place to stay with little kiddos. The place was super close to the pool, less than 30 sec walk. It was stocked with so many games, legos, puzzles to keep the little ones busy. Would def stay again!

My family loved our trip. My grandkids freaked out (in a very good way) at the water park. The house was super clean and everyone commented how nice the accommodations were. We would have ridden the bikes, but the tires were flat. We played ping pong, went on hikes in the area and visited the waterpark area at least 2 times per day. One of the days, we had the water park to ourselves, but as it got closer to the weekend, the water park got more crowded. What a great 4 day vacation!

The house was spacious and a ton of amenities! Very family friendly. The only compliment is one of the rukos in the rooms didn't work but not the end of the world. Will definitely be staying here again.

We traveled with my grandchildren and elderly parents. This property was perfect for us. The home is much larger than we anticipated and the proximity to the pool was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. We are going to plan on staying in this property again next year. If you are traveling with someone using a wheelchair or walker, you will want to stay here! The living spaces and hallways were so spacious. TV's in all 5 bedrooms so no one had to miss their shows. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren had a blast at the pool - especially the slides and the lazy river. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized and stocked with all of the needed utensils. Also very close to biking trails and Snow Canyon. Being close to the Harmons was also a plus.

Great check in property, the pool was just behind the house so it made for quick trips to the water. Home was well stocked with everything you could need. Close to groceries, restaurants and all the fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the fourth time to Paradise Village. We were disappointed at not getting an early check in because we had a handicap person with us. We got in at 3:45. The mattresses in the bedrooms were dreadful!!! We were offered to stay an additional day at a discounted price and would have but didn't because of the beds. The bunk beds were fine. All the other visits we have had were good. The carpets seemed dirty as well. Our favorite is #95 and it's great but we had a smaller group this time. Not sleeping well makes for a painful day. The towels were dirty looking and also need replacement. I have made a reservation for # 95 for October and hope it's like we remember it. It was a difficult few days.

Our goal was to hike Zion every day…which we did. It was an hour drive but worth it. We needed a house that easily accommodated 8 people and this was perfect for us. The grocery was 3 minutes up the road. How awesome is that? We enjoyed the hot tub even though it was below freezing outside (we’re from Louisiana so that was cool). It really was everything we hoped for!

The property was wonderful for our extended family gathering. It was clean, the living spaces were spacious with ample space for everyone to be together. The kids had a great time in the garage playing. The closest pools (big play structure with slides and lazy river) were freezing (too cold for mid-November for our group) , but the other pool complex’s upper pool was heated and great for swimming. Overall 5 out of 5 and we would definitely stay again.

This house had it all! Kitchen was well stocked, ping pong table and tandem bike were a blast and the pool toys and wagon were lifesavers. The proximity to the pool was a huge plus and the deck in the evening was perfect to watch the big kids at the pool. The house was really nice but not “over decorated”. Overall an amazing stay!
