The Space:
Boasting room for up to 18 lucky guests, this beautiful Southern Utah home is a great spot for your next family reunion.
Set on the fringes of Santa Clara inside an innovative new community called Paradise Village at Zion (aptly named for being only 48 miles from Zion National Park), you'll be happily surprised at the fantastic amenities awaiting just steps from your home base.
Enjoy the contemporary design of this home in the living room while watching a movie via Netflix streaming or Blu-ray DVD players on the large flatscreen TV, or reading a book while listening to the fire crackle. There's also a Nintendo gaming system for entertaining afternoons. WiFi and streaming (via Netflix, Amazon Video, and Hulu are included with guest accounts) are available for catching the game and streaming your favorite music.
Across the room is a wood dining table for 10 and an impressively stocked kitchen (major and small appliances included) awaiting delicious home-cooked meals. Warm up by the outdoor firepit and watch the stars come out.
Between the five spacious bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, up to 18 guests can stay here, 16 of which can sleep among the beds (one king bed, three queen beds, and a very unique bunk room with two twin over queen built-in bunk beds). The remaining group members can use the sofas or being their own air mattresses and sleeping bags to use.
Pack light and have peace of mind knowing you'll still have fresh clothes with the washer and dryer handy.

It was a short distance to Mt biking trails. Snow canyon was close for hiking, biking and exploring. Tuacahn was literally 5 min away. Pools were within 3 - 5 min walk.

Nice place and plenty of room. Loved the large table!Loved the fire pit w/ sticks and use of bbq grill. Bunkbeds were awesome and felt safe and secure- we had 2 younger kids sleep in both of the top bunks and two in each of the bottom beds. The bathroom was nice for that room too!The 2 queen bedrooms downstairs shared a small bathroom at the end of the other hall. You are close to one pool and maybe a 7 minute walk to the lazy river and big pool slide pool area. You may want to bring or buy tubes! Plenty of towels and even plenty of pool towels!! Very nice!!!Close to Tuachan - 10 minutes away! Some of the furniture is getting tired and dirty. But, all in all it is a good place in a great development. We would stay here again. There were 6 adults and 10 kids ages 13 and younger.

Everything was good except the trash cans outside were full so we had to haul it to the dumpsters, the floors could of been a little cleaner but over all fun time
