Take full advantage of the Paradise Village Resort amenities and lounge poolside or play at the waterpark. You will love cooking in this fully equipped kitchen or barbequing on the back porch under the seating desert sun. Great location. Very close to the main pool area which was very convenient. Property was clean and very well-stocked, particularly the kitchen. Plenty of pool and hot tub towels. We loved almost everything about this property. Our only two minor complaints were that the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress on one of the kings and then that there was tree right over the hot tub that needed to trimmed back. It was a beautiful tree but dropped blossoms in the hot tub which was a bit of a hassle to keep them cleaned out of it. But both of those weren't major issues, just a little inconvenient. We loved that there were a bunch of games and puzzles. There was tons of seating in the family room, more than in other units we've stayed in. Would stay there again.

It was very clean. The hot tub was very clean. It for my family Of 8 adults and 6 small kids very well. The pool area was great .

The home was perfect for five couples! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and then we loved the large kitchen and living room for gathering, as well as the outdoor patio for dining, and the upper patio for mornings and evenings together! We really liked how close it was to the pool, but not right on the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed biking to Harmon's along the trail behind the neighborhood. Great access to Snow Canyon. Management was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back again!

We had issues with router needing to be reset for TV and WFI to work. I contacted the Red Sands service number and they gave me suggestions BUT after trying them it did not reset the router and we were not given much assistance after that. I know it sounds trivial BUT when you need to work on site and have young kids to it was an inconvenience. Also if I could make a suggestion we have come down several times and have enjoyed your facilities BUT I feel this time the pools were dirty and the bottom of pools were actually breaking off and had holes in some areas. But all in all it was good times.
