High floor with good working aircon
The staff is very slow to respond with the call or messages. The toilet door locked inside by itself and our first night cannot use the toilet…

Room is neat and clean, great view on the balcony. The resort Pool is clean and have good view. Would give full rate if the caretaker didn’t forget to provide the gym access card.
The facilities provide by Langkawi Lagoon Resort is poor, cafeteria food not a great deal and restaurant is closed. the gym is not maintained and lack of equipment. No wifi coverage in the room.
