A localização é um ponto forte. Próximo da praia e do ponto do trator. O jardim bem cuidado, ar condicionado funcionando bem e cozinha razoavelmente equipada. Prontidão ao recolocar o microondas.
BOM LEMBRAR: POR SER EM BOIPEBA, DISTANTE DO LITORAL E PODE FALTAR LUZ, NÃO TEM GERADOR. Apertado, mesmo para duas pessoas, sem colchas (apenas lençóis), e não muito receptivo à sugestões de melhoria. Luz muito fraca em todo espaço, sem cortinas e blackout, água muito fraca. Pequenos detalhes que poderiam ser melhorados de forma fácil. A água tinha um cheiro estranho mas creio que seja do fornecimento de energia. Bom lembrar que a política de cancelamento é sem devolução (acho ruim, porém é informado no anúncio).
