O apartamento era tranquilo, organizado e limpo. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo — há um supermercado a apenas um minuto do apartamento. A rua principal também fica a um minuto. E evelin é encantadora, atende a todos os pedidos com uma positividade incrível.
Tudo foi otimo na verdade.

The entrance and reception area is definitely the nicest and best-maintained part.
A lot of noise at night due to parties from a nearby bar. The common area gets very hot and there is no fan. The kitchen was missing basic items like a proper knife and a decent pan. The bedroom door cannot be closed. There were several other important issues as well, and it feels like basic maintenance is not being taken care of.
