The room did have the amenities of a full fridge and sink, The furniture wasn't the most comfortable but was clean and worked out okay.
The ad said we have the whole place to ourselves and a balcony and the picture showed what appeared to be a door that was easy to access from the parking area. Our parking area was down on a lower level and getting our bag to the room was very inconvenient to say the least. There was no balcony on our room only a courtyard that was a shared area with all the guests. The sound carried from the room above the whole time and it seemed like the plastic chairs made a huge sound while they were moving them back and forth all evening. No sound proofing on the doors to the hallway.
