You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the heart of Historical Downtown Eureka Springs.
We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, and get a tour of the town.
For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.

Aspen communicated with us the entire visit making sure everything was okay, that we didn’t need anything. Check in went smoothly. Unit was beautiful, clean, convenient for parking and walking everywhere. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows. Bath had plenty of towels and supplies. Unit was quiet while we during our stay. Restaurant suggestions were helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. As for Eureka Springs, keep in mind the town closes early with some shops not open until later in the week. We did see the Passion Play which was amazing, highly recommend. Would have done the Lynn and Twitty show at The Auditorium had we had more time and the opera at Opera in the Ozarks if we didn’t have an early morning the next day. Day trips to Crystal Bridges in Bentonville and Top of the Rock in Ridgedale are both worth the visits.

Some good, some bad. Pros - Good location, free off street parking, very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony. Cons - NOT a 1-bdm, it’s a studio. NOT secure - no interior deadbolt, so anyone with the door code can enter whenever!! Case in point - the door flies open and the woman gets an eyeful of a couple old folks enjoying some post coital bliss. WTH!?!? Oh and note that there is a steep staircase to the unit.
