You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown Eureka Springs.
We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, to get a tour of the town.
For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.

This place is well located for accessing Eureka Springs downtown historic area. It was newly renovated, very clean and nicely appointed. I appreciated the off-street parking. The host was very responsive. The only hiccup was that she didn't tell me how to access the suite. I noticed Suite C had outside access, so I assumed that Suite B did as well. I walked around the building only to find that access is inside the front door and down the steps. It also would be nice to have the check-out procedures in the notebook in the property. I had to email to ask for them. All-in-all, this was a great choice and worked well for us.

This property is in an excellent location in regards to historic Eureka Springs; we were able to walk to all of the cute shops and restaurants. The unit itself is cozy, clean, there were plenty of towels, robes added a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub area was lovely and despite it being a shared area, as far as I'm aware, we're the only ones who used it during our 3 nights.My only three complaints did not effect the rating at all: 1. There's nowhere to store your clothes. There are no closets, hanging rods (outside of the bathroom), or dressers to keep your clothes. 2. The entrance to our unit was a little confusing to find because some units you enter directly from outside while others you enter from an alcove inside the building. 3. I completely missed the instructions before checkout because they were sent through a message in Vrbo the morning of checkout and aren't in the welcome book or anywhere in the unit. Luckily, a lot of it was common guest courtesy so I didn't miss much, just make sure to check your email or app the morning of checkout.

Super cute, and close to everything! However the couch bed is like sleeping on a brick, also the fire alarm went off at 8 am and the entire building had to evacuate because another room was cooking. We were woken each morning to someone stomping around in the room above us. If you are not there to sleep in... great spot!
