Luxury Maisonette-Loft 200 m to sea with high quality working desk

Lovely spot, convenient to the promenade. We loved having breakfast on the patio out front.

No complaints — although the bar across the street was occasionally loud, the windows kept out most of the noise.

We stayed as a family of three and absolutely loved this place! The maisonette is very clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you might need — from kitchenware and dishwasher tablets to bath and beach towels. There are plenty of blankets and wardrobes in each bedroom, a washing machine with detergent, and even a coffee maker with filters. The veranda is cozy and perfect for relaxing. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away — clean, sandy, and beautiful. Check-in was very convenient (remote access), and there’s private parking right by the house. The air conditioning works perfectly, and there’s a Smart TV, adapters for EU sockets, as well as soap and shampoo provided. The location is ideal — quiet, comfortable, and close to the sea. The host is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

It would be great to have an iron and ironing board, but that’s just a small suggestion and doesn’t affect my perfect rating.

The apartment is clean, new, and beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-equipped and spotless. There were plenty of towels available for a comfortable 11-day stay for two people. The kitchen appliances are new and work very well. The apartment is located just 200 meters from the beach, which makes it perfect for a quick swim without needing to spend a whole day at the beach.

Unfortunately, the kitchen is poorly equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. It gives the impression that the owner does not want guests to use the kitchen for more than just making coffee or preparing a minimal breakfast. He was also unwilling to provide even small missing items. The biggest downside is that the apartment is located directly across from a very noisy night bar. It may be suitable for people who enjoy nightlife and are not bothered by loud noise until 1 or 2 a.m. For everyone else, staying in this apartment could be a less pleasant experience.

Pobyt był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Obiekt jest nowoczesny, przestronny i urządzony z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Lokalizacja to ogromny atut - zaledwie dwie minuty spacerem do plaży, a jednocześnie w cichej, spokojnej okolicy, idealnej na relaks. Dwupoziomowy układ apartamentu jest świetnym rozwiązaniem - na piętrze znajduje się dodatkowe łóżko, dodatkowa łazienka oraz balkon z przepięknym widokiem na morze. W środku było bardzo czysto, a kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Wygodne łóżka, dużo ręczników, duże i pojemne szafy, bardzo cicha pralka, suszarka, toster, kuchenka mikrofalowa, zmywarka, duża lodówka, płyta indukcyjna, klimatyzacja, prywatny parking z zamykanym szlabanem na pilota - wszystko na plus. Na zewnątrz taras - gospodarz przygotował stolik i krzesła ogrodowe. Kontakt z gospodarzem bezproblemowy – bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Klucze zamykane w schowku na kod zaraz przy drzwiach. 50m od apartamentu jest wypożyczalnia samochodów - warto wynająć i jechać na wszystkie atrakcje na Cyprze (koszt wynajęcia (+/- 200 euro na tydzień). Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu w Pafos z odrobiną luksusu i pięknym widokiem na morze.
