Beautiful Apartment in Harbour Paphos, Central & Close to Beach

What a fabulous place to stay in Paphos! It’s very close to the seaside promenade with all of its restaurants and spectacular views and the positive vibe. The apartment was clean and modern and I loved sitting out on the balcony. It was also very quiet, which is important to me since I’m quite sensitive to noise. I feel lucky to have stayed there… I’m sure it’s booked up well in advance during the busiest times. I appreciated the wonderful communication from management and the contactless check in / check out. Overall, the apartment far exceeded my expectations and was a great value, and I hope to stay there again the next time I’m in Paphos. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this wonderful apartment!

Location

5 light bulbs were broken on arrival but were changed very quickly. Main problem was the paint peeling off the walls internally and externally. Also the bathroom was a bit grubby. The 2 internal walls where the paint was flaking off were on the outside of the bathroom and I suspect the shower was leaking. I suggested spending about 2000 euros on a leak fix and redecorate. Externally it hasn’t been painted for years. The window overlooking the car park from the living room is rotting and needs changing.

Fantastic property. Really spacious and only 100m from the sea front. The owners were really responsive especially whilst we worked out how to use the car park barrier

Thank you to Sylvia, Joschka and Zazar from the Lumnaria Management team! Your hospitality and thoughtfulness to check in on me, and to support with the 'extras' was well appreciated. Such a lovely flat, quiet, convenient and well situated to enjoy the sea and to the short walk to the promenade, restaurants and shops. I felt so at home! It was truly a lovely visit!
