The property outside was well maintained and interesting. Loved that there were two private places to sit outside. Inside it is very clean, well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a great location with beautiful views of the mountains and had close access to the main road into nearby areas like Omokoroa, Bethlehem & Te Puna. The hosts, Leanne & Robert, were generous, considerate and helpful with a good sense of humour. We loved our stay there. It ticked all the boxes for us and would gladly stay again.

We had the best stay with Leanne and Robert. The loft was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could have needed. You can tell Leanne has put so much thought into all the little details of the loft, and it really made a difference. Leanne and Robert were so welcoming, and made us feel at home with absolute peace and privacy also. The orchard is stunning, and we’re already planning to come back for avocado season. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we’d recommend it to anyone!

The warm and active communication of the host. The quiet and green garden. Well-organized kitchen and well-prepared breakfast. Vintage and detailed decoration.
The roof the room is abit low so we bum our heads sometimes ^^

The whole place was a amazing Leanne was a awesome host beautiful and peaceful and the place was emaculate lovely stay would definitely go back there and stay again
