Spacious apartment with excellent facilities and fittings. Laura the host was very welcoming. Near Station for transfers. Arona a very pleasant town.

Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nur als Hinweis für andere Reisende,
In den Doppelbetten gibt es nur eine Decke.
Der TV läßt sich nicht auf andere Sprachen einstellen, es gibt nur italienisch.
Die Lage ist zentral, man erreicht schnell Läden, Gaststätten und Promenade. Aber leider ist die Umgebung nicht so schön.
Parkplätze gibt es zwar viele, aber in Italien gibt es feste Tage für die Straßenreinigung, und dafür müssen die Fahrzeuge umgestellt werden. Aufpassen.
Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Nur Espressokocher.

The apartment is modern, fairly well-equipped, and located not far from the center, although not in the center itself. The host is quite responsive, although not very flexible.
The apartment is advertised as air-conditioned, which was a key factor for us given the extreme heat. In reality, the air conditioning is only in the living room and the kitchen, while both bedrooms have no air conditioning at all. As a result, we barely slept because the bedrooms were unbearably hot.
The apartment was also quite dusty and not as clean as we expected.
