Absolutely wonderful location in the center and within walking distance of all interesting places. Very quiet! We slept until 9 am, the windows are facing the courtyard. and very warm, and this is in December. Very clean, bed linen, towels, full set of dishes.
Cons is rather a continuation of pluses. it is the center and historic building, entrance without elevator and quite small apartment area. But we were not the first time in Paris, and it was expected.

location the building new furniture owner replied fast on messages
Unfortunately, there was no hot water about 80% of the time, which made showering difficult. It was also very noisy from around 8 AM because of children and neighbors in the courtyard. The room was extremely hot with no AC, and the fan didn’t help much, so sleeping was very difficult , furniture quality is bad because it is incredibly cheap
