Location was very good and there was easy access to tourist sites.

The foyer had a loose tile that posed a trip hazard. We went up the stairs that were not swept with pieces of paper and dust evident. These were not swept for the four days we were there. The fridge needs to be defrosted. You could not put anything in the freezer compartment. On the first night when we turned down the sheets I found the bed to be unmade (see picture) At 11:00 at night there was little option but to fix the sheets in order to sleep--it was an uncomfortable feeling as I wondered if the sheets had been changed at all. There was also a nail protruding from the bottom of the headboard.(in the middle). When using the shower the water drained very slowly and there was mold in the corners and along the sliding shower door. The small table was very wobbly. It would move from side to side and when we tried to tighten the lever underneath the table we were unable to. On our third day we ran out of toilet paper. We looked everywhere for a roll and could not find one, and when I reached out with the number I was greeted by AI. I wanted to speak to a person, not a machine. We used our own supply of kleenex. This apartment could have been an excellent place to stay, instead it was mediocre at best. It needs to be inspected by the owners and the items described above need to be addressed.
