Great location
Large well catered flat
Entrance from road was very dirty & unwelcoming. Difficult access with so many steps.
The front door was smothered in food on arrival. We cleaned it off ourselves
Not a good start
Bathroom is in desperate need of attention. Bath was disgusting. Mould around bath seal was unacceptable. Very poor standard.
Noise from residents above was annoying at times.

Bay view is in a perfect location with excellent views of the harbour. The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and excellent value for money. Great holiday.

Location good
The mould on the staircase wall, was very smelly. Leaking shower screen, chipped paintwork. Broken dishwasher.
Hellish noisy generators running 24/7 in front of the building. The apartment furniture was very basic for the cost of rentinh the apartment.
No coatpegs to hang wet clothing.
