Good location 10 minutes leisurely walk to the Harbour area.
Big spacious house, easily accommodated 9 adults.
1 double bedroom on the ground floor (King size bed).
4 double bedrooms on 1st floor (each with double beds). 1 with an ensuite shower & toilet

1 toilet on the ground floor.
Well equipped kitchen, an airfryer would be a good addition. Plenty of glasses, plates, cups etc....Just a few more teaspoons would be helpful. Washing up liquid, a few dishwasher and washing machine tablets were provided along with a couple of bin liners and 2 dish clothes. Fortunately we had brought a few extra dishwasher tablets with us as we knew we were catering for 9 and didnt want to be washing up by hand.
The additional couch in the living room was a pleasant surprise as the photos suggest there is only a 3 seater couch. However, there was actually another 4 seater couch, which gave us 7 confortable seats. We used 2 kitchen chairs to accommodate the 9 of us when relaxing in the living room.
Lovely new carpets upstairs in bedrooms and hallway, nicely decorated throughout this floor.
Good wardrobe space in the 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor.
Large walk in cupboard on the ground floor for storing all of our coats.
House was nice and warm.
Prior to our stay I contacted to office who were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. It would be helpful for future quests if they were to update the description of the amenities available and new photos of the property.
Kitchen could be better laid out to accommodate a larger table to seat 10. We had to use the small round table from the conservatory to allow the 9 of us to sit together to enjoy our meals. It was not ideal having to join 2 tables together (one rectangular and one circular) to allow the 9 of us to dine together.
Rug on the living room floor is a trip hazard as it kept curling up at the edge, needs to be secured to the floor.
Decor in the living room in need of an update, looks tired and outdated and pictures did not go.
Only 3 hand towels were provided (one in each bathroom) a few spare ones would have been appreciated, we did not want to be having to put a washing on!
No wardrobe in ground floor bedroom, the addition of a hanging rail would be good (piano/keyboard could be removed to make room)
Ensuite bedroom toilet needs some attention as the toilet pan is not secured firmly to the floor.
Hopefully as spring is now upon us the gardens front and back will be given a bit of TLC.
