About this cabin rental
Two bedroom Two full bath Log Cabin built in 2005 with 100 x 300 property including private beach front and dock located on the west side of Seneca lake. This is a non Smoking and Pet free residence with Central Air. The basement and any outbuildings are not included in the rental and are for our private use only. Unplug sit back and relax on the deck overlooking Seneca lake or just go down the steps to the private beach and dock. The main bedroom is a loft bedroom with private full bath and king bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed and door access to the main full bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests in the living room. Kitchen has silverware, dishes for 6 as well as pots and pans for cooking. Enjoy cooking outside on the Weber grill, LP gas included. This property is located just 7 miles south of Geneva NY and Hobart and William Smith College. Enjoy 7 local wineries within 5 miles of the property. We are just a half mile from Fox Run Vineyards and walking distance to Weavers-View Farm Barn Weddings. There is also an additional 3 season space fully enclosed with windows all around. Other items included are stove/oven, refrigerator,microwave. Roy's Marina has boat rentals just a short distance away, so you can enjoy fishing, skiing or tubing on the lake. Nothing can be tied to the dock due to destruction of the dock and watercraft. I have one smaller spare boat hoist that can handle up to 16 or 17 foot boat
We have outside security surveillance for the security of our property and insurance purposes. There are NO cameras inside any part of the residence. We have two cameras, one is located off the back ( driveway Side of the house) and one is located off the basement door and covers that area.

This our third time at the Love Shack. We love the house, the view of the lake, and the location. The place is clean and comfortable. It’s amazing to wake up and see the sun rising up over the lake out of the big windows. Book it now!

We loved the lake and the bbq deck. The house was very clean and everything was there for a great Holiday. If you come from the big city everything is good. If you are used to more quiet surroundings, this might be not for you. There is a noisy road behind the house that you can hear inside as well. Also if you don't want to wake up at six, bring something to cover your eyes because the curtains are very light.
