Great house of the lake - close to Geneva. This house has everything you need. Very modern and clean. 4 BR and 3 1/2 baths with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Quick access to the dock and raised deck over looking the lake. The fire pit was great for smores and relaxing. We would definitely book here again.

Overall a good experience as some of us had stayed at the property before and enjoyed it. The location and view is wonderful and the house felt clean. Just a few things this time made the house feel not quite ready for guests, such as dead batteries in TV remotes and no handsoap in one of the upstairs bathrooms (we eventually found some soap under the kitchen sink on the main floor). On our last night (this is in late October, so quite chilly out), the heat went out. There were 8 of us staying in the house and only a couple had hot water for showers on the last morning while getting ready to leave the very cold house. We believe this to be because they ran out of gas. The owner was responsive to messaging but nothing could really be done in time about the gas since it was on our last day
