Situated on approximately one-half acre, has large front yard and back deck with propane gas grill, firepit, and picnic area. Main living area boasts hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows for wonderful views of Seneca Lake, along with a remote-controlled gas fireplace and big screen TV for relaxing evenings indoors. First floor master suite with private bath features large soaking tub with TV and separate shower. Laundry and half-bath also on first floor. 2nd bedroom on second floor has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet - sleeps 3. 3rd bedroom on second floor has a queen size, and a full size and twin bunk bed - sleeps 5. 4th bedroom on second floor features vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors, and can be used as a separate den with a love seat and 42 inch TV - also sleeps 5. 3rd Full bathroom on second floor has large walk-in shower. We had a wonderful time celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday here! We were able to comfortably sleep 15 people for one of our nights here. They had plenty of parking, though it was a bit confusing which driveways were part of the property. Unfortunately the dock access was limited due to water levels, but we still enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is perfect, with close proximity to wineries, Pat’s pizzeria (excellent btw), and stores nearby to grab last minute items we forgot. While still offering private lakefront access across the street.

We stayed here to spend time with family and have a retirement party.. it was awesome as we had room for the 2 teen grandkids and adult relatives that needed a place to stay. Parking was perfect for all the cars we had with 2 driveways available and the kitchen utensils were approved by our “Chef” for the weekend! Bonfire option and lake views were just perfect. We even captured a few sunsets with all the rain! The grandkids didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room in yard if you want to bring cornhole! The host was extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of when we needed him! Thank you for opening up your home to us.. everyone complemented the house!

The house was very clean and comfortable for our long weekend away. Unfortunately while we were there (early May 2026) the dock was inaccessible due to some damage, but it didn’t hinder our stay.

Overall a good experience as some of us had stayed at the property before and enjoyed it. The location and view is wonderful and the house felt clean. Just a few things this time made the house feel not quite ready for guests, such as dead batteries in TV remotes and no handsoap in one of the upstairs bathrooms (we eventually found some soap under the kitchen sink on the main floor). On our last night (this is in late October, so quite chilly out), the heat went out. There were 8 of us staying in the house and only a couple had hot water for showers on the last morning while getting ready to leave the very cold house. We believe this to be because they ran out of gas. The owner was responsive to messaging but nothing could really be done in time about the gas since it was on our last day
