We had a fabulous stay on Seneca Lake. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the views were spectacular. Check in and out were a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

It was nice and cute but the furniture was uncomfortable to watch tv because of the position of the one sofa.The sleeper sofa mattress was extremely thin and I could feel the springs in the mattress. I thought I would be more comfortable laying on the mattress to watch t v instead of the sofa. I was extremely nervous about the gas heater in the bedroom.Because the front of it wasn't fully covered. For that reason I wouldn't recommend having kids there.The basements steps were steep to go up and down into the bedroom also. There were some spider webs in the LR and the air conditioner's front was extremely dirty. The host was wonderful and always got back to me with any of my questions. The kitchen was fine!

A very cute cottage but a lot of steps. The bathroom is on the first floor and the bedroom is on the second floor great view of Lake Seneca the cottage could’ve used Better cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. There’s no dishwasher or oven. The grill outside needs to be replaced.
