Overall the house was awesome! Just wish the outside was in better shape and cleaned (chairs, tables, etc). Path to the water needed upkeep and lights for walking up at night. Loved the location and amenities.

Area and home location is absolutely pe.rfect. The owner was very responsive if anything was needed. A few people were sitting on the deck and witnessed an eagle catch a fish. If you want a scenic, relaxing place this is it. It's only 30 minutes from Watkins Glen.

The decks offer a great place to relax. The dock is the best place to sit and look at the lake. Walk to dock is steep but not insurmountable. Walkway to dock is well done.We used kayak to both fish and give the young ones rides on the lake.House very clean and great location to visit local attractions.
