Housed within the family-friendly Pointe Royale community, guests will be able to enjoy a variety of exciting onsite amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and playgrounds located in a scenic and spacious setting. And about those popular destinations we mentioned? You are less than 10 minutes from picturesque Table Rock Lake and just a short driving distance from Silver Dollar City, the Titanic Museum, Aquarium, and so much more!
Located on the Pointe Royale Golf Course, each home offers picturesque views of the links from the shaded balconies where you’ll also find ample seating options for just about any occasion. Whether you’re seeking a quiet moment to yourself on the recliner on the balcony at unit 3 or enjoying a meal with others at unit 4, you will be able to remain ever immersed in the stunning Ozark wilderness.
Indoors, each unit has its own personality and charisma offering similar yet distinct furnishings and décor. No matter which unit you’re in, however, you will find all the amenities you require for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Cozy living spaces offer cushy sofas and smart TVs for immersive movie nights. Each unit includes a dining room table for 4 with additional high-top barstool seating at the kitchen counter for 2. Whether you gather together for a meal or a friendly game of cards, either place is a perfect space for entertaining. Both kitchens are well-equipped with all standard appliances, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker leaving the choice of preparing home-cooked meals or dining in from one of the many delicious local restaurants entirely up to you.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes 1 queen size bed and 1 queen size trundle as well as a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Unit 2:
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes 1 queen size bed and 1 queen size trundle as well as a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Unit 1: - This unit is on the top floor 20 steps required (No elevator access).
- Unit 2: - This unit is a Walk-Up Unit (No Elevator), Getting to the front door requires 10 steps
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer and dryer in both units.
- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Guests will acquire a parking pass at the security gate.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
