We absolutely loved this house. Perfect for 2 families. The game room downstairs was great to keep us entertained in the evenings. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. Will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this awesome home in a great location. Kitchen was big and spacious. All of the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and it was nice having the use of the garage, as the driveway is quite steep for parking. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is conveniently only 10-15 minutes from most things.

Host was friendly. Check-in instructions on site varied from those sent via VRBO inbox. This home is perfect for a big family who plans to see a lot of Branson and likely eat out a lot. My family prefers to cook, then kitchen was somewhat cramped for our activities. Overall, stay was fine.

We had a nice time at this home. Spacious enough for all 10 of us! Kitchen was well equipped. Enough towels and washcloths for all. Plenty of seating for meals. Driveway is very steep so if there are multiple cars just keep that in mind. If planning to use the grill you might just check the propane when you get there. We didn’t notice it would go out until we were halfway through cooking. Owner was very responsive though when I mentioned it after we left and said she would let the cleaning person know and would have sent them if we had notified them at the time. Not a huge deal…just something to check on arrival.Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to lake and Branson. Would definitely stay again!

The house was awesome. It had every convenience you could think of. Most of the house was very clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms all had counters you could eat off of, clean towls, bedding, and amenities. The only cleanliness issue we had was under the basement couch, but if something hadn't been dropped and rolled under there we would've never noticed. We had and issue with a couple guests trying to get into the house at one point, but that ended up being a miscommunication on our end, but the property owner was easy to get ahold of and even sent someone to the home to help! Overall i would definitely us this place again in the future!

I appreciated the communication and willingness of the manager to help. On our second day, a couple of family members went back to the rental early and weren’t able to get in via the door code. It wasn’t any fault of the property or the lock, we simply weren’t putting in the code correctly. I called the manager and she was very helpful and was even going to send out a lock smith to fix it. Once I got there I was able to put in the code correctly so we didn’t need help after all. But I was impressed with how prompt and willing the manager was to help.

The house is modern with a bright ambiance. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for group activities (cards, pool, etc.) and also have space for yourself. Kitchen has good appliances and roomie enough for a few people to prepare meals together. Internet worked well throughout the house.

The description is wonderfully correct about how close it is to all the area attractions, yet it’s not so close to everything that you feel like there’s people everywhere when you are ready to settle down for the evening. Everything was clean and well maintained. Teenagers enjoyed the billiards and foosball tables downstairs. I texted the owner when the grill ran out of propane and a new can was delivered that same night. Highly recommended property.

There was a minor situation with the cleaning crew prior to our arrival but Elena had it taken care of quickly. She was so thoughtful and made it up to us. The house was perfect for our group of thirteen. The location was perfect for what our plans were. The only recommendation I would make is to invest in new mattresses. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our needs! Very convenient/close to Branson shows, Shepherd of the Hills, and even Top of the Rock. Loved the outdoor deck with view of the lake, grill, and dining table - definitely used that a lot! Also took advantage of the pool table downstairs. Bigger place than my wife and I needed - plenty of bedrooms. Just wish they had swapped the smaller TV in the living room with the bigger TV in the master bedroom. Quiet neighborhood, somewhat secluded, yet a short drive from everything!

Wife got ill and we had to come home. Owner did say when we come back she will give us a complementary night for free. The view is not very big of the lake. But you can see a spot of it. Trees need to be cleaned up in the back yard. Grass didnt get mowed til after we were there and then it was thick and wet in places so the dogs tracked it in. I did sweep most of it up but it was nt easy. The maintainence ppl were there to fix the show head upstairs and it still didnt work. They have a very nice house, somethings can and should be improved upon. The master bath tub was a jet tub at one time. Theres no steps to into the tub though. The own was very responsive to any and all questions.

I was pleased with this property. I would prefer thereto be a televisionin every bedroom. If i recall correctly, only 1 bedroomhad its own tv. After i left, i thoughti may have lost an earring and called manager andshe was very nice and assured me they had a wonderful trust worthy staff that wouldlook and returnit if found. But i later founditbut was relievedto know if it was at property, I'd get it back.....would definitely stay here again.
