You can almost drive to and park at the front door of this irresistibly charming and whimsical 3 bedroom 4 bathroom condo! This is your vacation getaway! On the top tier of the bottom level floors, this unit includes magnificent views from the balcony of the sand, Gulf of Mexico, lazy river, pool, as well as the ground patio.
There is a king size bed in the Master, two Queen sized beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
The fourth hall bathroom has a glass walk-in shower and houses a full size washer and dryer. Prepare your meals in this fully-stocked kitchen with all stainless steel and small appliances that include all of the kitchenware and cookware that you will ever need. There are four dining stools at the counter as well as seating for six at the table. You may want to dine on the balcony table with seating for six. A built-in wet bar has a sink, an under-counter ice maker, and shelves with a collection of bar glassware.
Relax in the living room with enough seating for the family or enjoy a movie on one of the four large wall mounted SMART HDTV's located here and in every bedroom. Same floor parking, all tiled floors, floor to ceiling window, granite counters throughout, hair blow dryers in every bath, and so much more will make this vacation the one to remember!
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3 br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We loved this unit and location! It was perfect for our families! Definitely want to rent it again. A few minor issues: we checked in at 5:30 and housekeeping was still there folding towels, the floors turned my feet black first night so I wore flip flops my entire stay (didn’t want to mop while on vaca), shower head in master bedroom was clogged with mold (my hubby couldn’t take it and cleaned it), freezer had leftover icecream and frozen items(all of us thought the others brought it)🤮, master bedroom sheets were stained with something yellow☹️,other than housekeeping it was fantastic. We were checked on throughout via email and she was wonderful! Had initial plumbing issues that our contact person was already addressing when we checked in.

We’ve stayed in probably 7 different condos with this rental company so we’ve had the best and now the worst, but we didn’t let it ruin our vacation. Upon arrival two of us had sneezing fits from the dust, check the fans about 2” of dust alone. My husband had to switch cords on the master TV bc someone disconnected cable? The fan in master is about to fall so please check on it, we left it off. Half the elevators seemed to work (typical though). The master bed was awful, hard on one side & no support with sore ribs from springs. Living room couches should be trashed, they’re flat, stained and filthy, even after taking off covers & washing! Kitchen lacked a K cup coffeemaker (no biggie but should be mentioned) and the dryer needs fixing or replacing. 3 dry cycles per load, so annoying. Kids beds were squeaky but they slept better than us. Dishwasher did not have a working dry cycle so all dishes came out wet. Refrigerator had a broken door drawer so we left it in wash room so nobody else would drop their groceries thinking it worked. And a first, the **** lazy river was GREEN, never has it ever looked so bad in our history of stays. I think we will stick with another room or go back to OB 2 as they are new with great comfortable furnishings. Sorry to knock this one so much but $6k in vacation money was hard earned for our annual family trip. Love the rental company just not this condo, ph West 2, room 1107. Please take a look & fix it up!
