The Oasis of Orange Beach, formally named Phoenix West II Unit 2213 -
Enjoy the 2,275 sq foot condo 4 bedroom 4 bath.
This unit is located on the 22nd floor.
Master Bedroom - King size bed
2nd Bedroom - King size bed
3rd Bedroom - 2 Queen size beds
4th Bedroom - Area is not enclosed. This area is a separate area in Condo that has twin bunk beds.
Also there is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms have cable and Smart flatscreen TVs.
This unit faces north with glorious views of the national park and limited views of the ocean and beach, as seen in pictures.
The Oasis of Orange Beach makes sure your stay is enjoyable. During the off season the main floor is set up for a large assortment of games, puzzles, DVDs, and books. They also set up events such as movie nights, devotions, and many more events to keep the guest entertained.
Other attractions to enjoy onsite - the beach, large indoor heated pool, fitness room, sauna, your choice of 6 hot tubs, putting green, adult pool, bar & grill, self grilling area, pickleball, and tennis courts, bar and grill, adults only pool, live music (during scheduled times) and more!!
Within walking distance of the state park trails, various restaurants and shopping.
Unit has a fully stocked kitchen, high chair, Pack and Play, kids toy box and toys, PlayStation 4 with games, Approx 50 DVDs, and various card and board games.
Parking: When you arrive please stop at the front desk on the 2nd floor to purchase your parking pass. It is a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. You are guaranteed to be able to purchase 2 parking passes. We do have overflow parking which is typically used for the 3rd vehicle, however space is still limited. Should you wish to bring an extra vehicle, then you will have to find a public parking spot off-site to park at your own risk.
Security and staff onsite. Management and Maintenance company local and on call 24/7 to assist as needed.

Very communicative and helpful host prior to and throughout our stay. Very nice and spacious condo had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Being on the 22nd floor was not a problem, as there are 6 fast elevators and we never had long to wait. Enjoyed having the pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts on site, as well as lazy river, splash pad, and indoor and outdoor pools, and easy access to the beach. My only real complaint about the property overall is that the pool lounge chairs were hard to come by with so many guests staying there - people would go down early and "reserve" multiple chairs with towels/stuff, which was against the posted rules. Also the lower parking levels filled up quickly in the evenings, so we sometimes had to drive up numerous levels to find a parking spot - that takes some time, and adds some extra time when you leave. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay at this property again in the future.

It was located in a great area and we really enjoyed all the amenities offered. There is a big problem with the elevators. Trying to go up and down had long waiting times.The condo could have had better supplies offered, no hangers, no blankets, kitchen utensils were not organized making it hard to find things. Felt it could have been cleaned better.

Overall it was a great stay, if I could suggest one thing that is to plan to leave earlier then u want too because u could be waiting for the elevator 45 mins plus. People will close the elevator doors before u have a chance to get on.

The condo itself was super nice and clean. The property amenities was a huge plus from the restaurant right there onsite to leave to the lazy river for the kiddos. As others have said the elevators were backed up more than we’ve noticed other years even outside of peak times. There is not a lot of beach items as we’ve had when we’ve stayed at other places. The options for games at the condo was great if the weather was not the greatest.
