Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq. ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has two queen sized beds. Also, there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping accommodations for 12. We have upgraded our linens and have the quilts exchanged with each stay. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath with granite counter tops and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a keurig-coffee pot duo.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The condo is THE BEST in Gulf Shores! The upgrades since becoming Oasis are top notch! Great location, beautiful balcony, and plenty of room. And a 4th bathroom is unique for condos and much needed with the 11 people we had! We’ve come to Gulf Shores for 15 years and Oasis is our new favorite. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful- 5 stars all around! Until next time, Gulf Shores!!

This property is on the 26th floor of a high rise that is 32 floors high and only has 6 elevators. If you are lucky enough to get on an elevator be prepared to stop at every floor. On average we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get onto an elevator.
The parking garage is also a nightmare. There is an additional $60 fee for a parking permit that doesn’t guarantee you a spot.
This complex does not have enough chairs by the pools and the pools are not monitored for people reserving chairs and then leaving for hours. It’s difficult to find a place to sit and there was a definite lack of parents watching there kids. The lazy river is not a speed track for kids to shoot each other with water guns.
We will not be going back to this property!
