Welcome to Naples finest gated 4 star downtown resort, rewarding guests with a measure of privacy and serenity at Naples Bay Resort. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens throughout, the property is nestled off Naples prestigious Fifth Avenue South. Naples Bay Resort features an amenity rich environment with marina, waterfront dining and shopping, Euro-style spa, an expansive activity center, four crystal-blue resort pools and meandering lazy river, a complete fitness center with aerobic, Pilates & Yoga studios, full-service concierge and tennis facility and on-site management.
The Cottages offer the perfect alternative for longer stays or families. Granite counters, marble baths, and all the living space details handled to make your stay memorable. Over 1400 square feet of space, a private screened in lanai, and covered dedicated parking. It's a short stroll or bike ride to downtown Naples shops, restaurants and the beach, or take the free shuttle back and forth for the ultimate convenience. The best of Downtown Naples combined with full resort vacation amenities.
The state of the art fitness center with top of the line equipment, various classes, spa, steam rooms, and sauna. There are also six lit har-tru tennis courts, tennis pro shop, and tennis instructors. Also as a guest at our cottage, tee times can be arranged to some of the area’s best private golf courses with a simple phone call to the concierge.
The marina is a short stroll on a palm tree line path. Charter a boat for some fishing or cruising around the bay. Onsite restaurants and other shops are also located at the marina.
The resort includes four crystal clear pools, a lazy river, and hot tubs. If you are looking for some quiet time, there is an adult only pool area. The pools have a great sun deck with plenty of chaise lounges dotted with umbrellas. There are also shaded gazebos that you can reserve. A poolside grill and bar is at your service for drinks and food.
Our unit is in a premium location within Naples Bay Resort just steps away from the pools, fitness, and spa facilities.

The check in process was easy and fast, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and the pool area was great. Location worked well to access many areas of the town within a short distance. We would definitely return.

This was one of the absolute best Vrbo properties I’ve ever stayed in! It was so clean, spacious, well decorated, and stocked with everything we could need. We have a toddler and loved that there was a tub for him to use, he loved the patio, he also slept very well in the closet with a pack and play and the slumberpod. The beds were super comfy, and I’m usually a bed critic! I also enjoyed having a dishwasher, full kitchen, and laundry on the unit. The resort was so beautiful and toddler friendly, our toddler loved the zero entry pool and the lazy river. The food and drinks were so good at the resort. We also did use the spa and loved those amenities. The other thing we loved was that the hotel would provide free beach chairs and an umbrella daily (and beach towels) to save you money and time on laundry! Walking to 5th Ave probably took 10-15 minutes but it wasn’t bad at all. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel lobby, the cafe and two restaurants on the property. It’s about a 1 minute walk to the pool - sooo close! Lastly, the property manager was very prompt in responding if I ever had a question! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and so rare to have a condo together with a resort vibe. Fantastic restaurants onsite and close to Fifth Ave shopping and eating. Naples Pier is currently under construction, making the public beach a bit of a mess and noisy - but this is no fault of the property obviously - just fyi. Unit is clean and beds were comfy! Checking in and checking out was super easy as well. Our family of four had a great, relaxing week!
