We loved the spacious two-bedroom apartment, excellent kitchen facilities, and thoughtful extras such as the beach chairs and towels. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, and the spa, steam room and sauna were fantastic. Everything was well organised and made our stay really comfortable and relaxing.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with our original room as it did not have air conditioning. The manager was very accommodating and kindly moved us to another room. We really appreciated how quickly they helped resolve the issue. However, I am still waiting to receive the refund from Booking.com, which has been disappointing. Not the resort’s fault.

Everything! Absolutely beautiful.
Kitchen was a little dated, and a few places where carpet was torn in the hall…but overall fantastic!

The view from the patio and the full size kitchen
The 5 pools, one was hot tub and 2 were for adults only pools. Therefore there was 1 pool and 1 tiny lazy river. The front door is not secure so you hear every car that passes by on the busy 6 lane street in front. The staff didn’t talk at the check in or the valet desk. Over priced drinks at the pool
