In the commune of Floyon, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offer this charming 50 m² house with jacuzzi for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a 32 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 3,000 m² garden.

First floor:

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...

- Separate WC
On the mezzanine :
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190), a single bed (for children up to 8 years old) and a single sofa-bed
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- Jacuzzi for 5 people available all year round. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- 3,000 m² enclosed garden with children's play area
- A veranda with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Floyon, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
