About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 45 m² wooden cottage in d'Eppe-Sauvage to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a 23 m² living room (with stove), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, a dining area and a wood-burning stove.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The cottage is ideally located in Éppe-Sauvage, in the forest, for a peaceful holiday in a pleasant natural environment. Situated in the heart of the Val-Joly tourist resort, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, ...
Activities :
- Centre Aquatica du Val-Joly less than 400 m away (swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, sauna, etc.).
- Water-based activities around the Val-Joly lake: paddle, kayak, pedalo, etc.
- Bikes and electric bikes available for hire.
- Land activities: walks in the surrounding area, mini-golf, archery, riding centre with horse or pony rides, bike and electric bike hire.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Avesnes, about 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Charleroi Brussels-South airport, about 70 km away.
