Cocoonr/book&Pay agency offers, in the commune of Eppe-Sauvage, this charming 45 m² cottage for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 23 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 14 m² terrace with furniture for 4 people
Additional equipment: Bluetooth speaker, universal power adapter, additional mobile induction hob, electric grill/plancha combo, 12-liter mini-oven, 3 board games, Ecolabel eco-friendly products in bathroom and cottage, welcome gift.
The cottage is ideally located in Eppe-Sauvage, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities :
- Center Aquatica: water in all its forms and for all tastes. Discover the calm of the swimming pool and the red ball of the large leisure pool that will delight wave lovers. Last but not least, the benefits of steam in the saunas and hammam provide relaxation for visitors to the relaxation area.
- Water sports: the lakeside Maison des Sports et de la Nature is equipped with catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks and stand-up paddles. Featuring a clubhouse, classrooms and changing facilities with showers, toilets and lockers, it is open all year round to those wishing to learn or improve their sailing skills.
- Land-based activities: on foot, by bike or on horseback, live your sensations. From the water's edge to the depths of the woods, let yourself be immersed in the flora and fauna. - Access to the Aquatica Center is not included in the price and is closed in January (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
