Hale Anuenue (House of Rainbows) is a large, fully equipped studio/condominium unit fronting on a tree lined walking path that leads down to Anini Beach. It offers a full, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a large walk-in shower, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrella and cooler. The large lanai is perfect for stargazing or just enjoying some quiet outdoor reading. There's reserved parking, a great pool area with a communal barbecue and shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Princeville at Hanalei's location is conveniently close to Kilauea, Hanalei and the numerous beaches and amenities of Kauai's beautiful North Shore. Given it's size, inclusions and location, Hale Anuenue is by far Princeville's best bargain. Stays are limited to 2 adults (one must over 25 years old), and stays are limited to A MAXIMUM OF 10 NIGHTS. We were blown away by everything this place had to offer. Appreciated all of the amenities and the accurate representation of the rental. Further, the owner was a timely communicator. We’ll be back and we want to stay HERE.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The layout was very spacious, clean, and cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Great location for going into Hanalei and other surrounding towns. We will defiantly be back!

This place is gorgeous and PERFECT for a couple! I’ve never stayed in a loft situation before but it didn’t matter. I didn’t take any pics because it’s identical to the posting. It was immaculate and had amenities including a stocked bathroom and kitchen with lots of spices, cookware, Tupperware, ice, even beach chairs. Place is super close to a grocery store and 10 min drive to the main town on the north shore Hanalei. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and wish I could have for the remainder of my trip. Next place was a huge downgrade.Thank you, Rick! We had a blast at your beautiful place. Highly recommend!
