Conveniently located on Kauai's famous North Shore in the renowned Princeville resort community, near shops, beaches, and walking trails. Come see why we are one of Kauai's preferred vacation locations!
The Space:
The Leilani Loft is spacious, fully supplied, open and airy, yet private, with a view onto the green belt and golf course beyond.
We are proud of our space, keeping it fully supplied, tastefully outfitted, and immaculate.
Sleeping: King bed in romantic upstairs bedroom loft. Downstairs is a lounge area with a sofa and separate day bed, large smart TV, and fast Wifi.
Kitchen: A large and fully supplied kitchen makes eating in a pleasure. Enjoy your meals in the dining area overlooking the private patio and view of the garden.
Deck: A pleasant private deck with lounge chairs and table for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Clean bathroom with bathtub. Linens soap and shampoo supplied

The Neighborhood:
Princeville is a tastful planned residential and vacation neighbood on Kauai's North Shore. A park like atmosphere prevails with world class golf courses and walking trails winding throughout. Spectacular sea views and water falls all within easy walking distance of shopping center and restaurants.
Princeville is an amazingly convenient and beautiful community on the North Shore. We absolutely love it and here's why:
From our location it is easy to walk to the beach or the grocery store and the views in all around are spectacular, with ocean one direction and mountains and waterfalls the other. There is a network of fantastic walking and running trails all over Princeville, making it likely the safest and easiest of locations of the island to walk or take a run.
The coastline below Princeville provides some of the most pristine, clear water due to the lack of rivers and fresh water runoff. Because of these, Princeville has some amazing exploring to enjoy below its bluffs (surf conditions permitting - check conditions before heading to any beach in Hawaii). The clear water provides some of the very best turtle viewing, snorkeling, pristine coves and nooks and cranny gems on the North Shore. Some of these places are hard to find, so ask us and we will be happy to guide you along with the customized map we provide in the condo. We've fallen in love with Princeville and know you will too!
**As an added note, Kauai is not lack of its fair share of rainfall and storms. It is no secret that Kauai, with all of its beauty can also be temperamental, so it is good to be prepared and Princeville is one of the best places to stay on the North Shore in the event of a storm. Princeville is high and dry, safe from Tsunami and floods and is optimally located near to food shopping and emergency services. Roads leading to and from Princeville rarely get affected in storms so getting to and from the airport will not be a problem even when Kauai is flexing her muscles.
Getting Around:
In general we recommend renting a vehicle while on Kauai as it provides most visitors with the island access and freedom they prefer. However, for those who enjoy to walk and for anyone who would prefer not to drive there is plenty to see and do on foot from the Hale Humu. There is also the option of public transit with a bus stop only 5-10 minutes walk from the condo.
Unfortunately, Kauai is still a bit behind the times with its public transportation and the bus does not cover the entire island. The furthest the bus goes on the North Shore is to Hanalei town.
**For Haena access and Ke'e beach, Please look into taking take the Kaua’i North Shore Shuttle. Search Go Haena online for shuttle reservations.**
