About this apartment rental
Open the curtains to Hanalei Mountain views, catch the cooling trade winds, and walk out for local fruit at the weekly farmers market. This second-floor corner studio at Paniolo makes a small North Shore trip feel personal, with an airy loft layout, original artwork by North Shore artists, air conditioning, and fast WiFi. It sleeps three with a queen sleeper sofa adding flexibility, and the private washer and dryer is a welcome help after a beach day. Princeville Shopping Village, the fitness park, and nearby walking trails are an easy walk from the door, so coffee, groceries, and a casual lunch do not require a car. Use the shared pool and grills for a low-key afternoon, then take the scenic drive to Hanalei Bay or Anini Beach. This is a great fit for a couple or small family who wants a local-feeling base with easy access to both North Shore beauty and the practical things.
The Space:
This second-floor corner studio has an airy loft-style plan with original North Shore art and a full kitchen with major appliances, including a dishwasher. A smart TV and living area sit below the spiral stairs to a stand-up sleeping space with a venting skylight. Privacy screens separate the zones, and a queen sleeper sofa adds flexibility. The main-floor bath and private washer and dryer make a three-guest stay easy.
Guest Access:
Guests at Paniolo in Princeville enjoy access to a shared communal and outdoor pool, with a private entrance and patio for relaxing outdoors. The resort setting offers garden and mountain views, and a lit path to the entrance makes evening arrivals easy. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.
The Neighborhood:
Paniolo is within easy walking distance of Princeville Shopping Village, the fitness park, local walking trails, and the weekly farmers market. Princeville sits above Hanalei Bay on Kauai's lush North Shore, a great position for a beach morning followed by a grocery stop on the way home. Drive down to Hanalei for surf and its broad bay, or toward Anini Beach for snorkeling. The neighborhood feels green, relaxed, and convenient for travelers who want more than a resort bubble.
Getting Around:
Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.
Other Things to Note:

This studio can be combined with the adjoining studio as Paniolo #202 A & B. Streaming services available with guests' own accounts. House guidelines: kids are welcome, no parties, no smoking, and no pets. Minimum stay requirements may vary by season and will be reflected at the time of booking.
