We received excellent customer service from Villatel and the Solara Resort, but we had some issues with the house.
One of the remotes for the home theater was missing, which they replaced, and then the Wi-Fi needed to be reset. It took several days to be rectified.
Issues with regulating the pool temp from too cold to too hot.
Gas grill was very old and wobbly but worked.
The refrigerator had broken crisper drawer and door shelf.
Living room furniture were uncomfortable.
There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke upstairs.
Photos on website were old. House is no longer blue, only 2 games in arcade room, missing chairs at counter and DR, cushioned chairs and connect 4 game missing from patio.
Overall everyone enjoyed the house which proved a nice space for 14 people to gather for a family vacation.

We had a great stay with our family of 6. Kids loved the video games and we all loved the movie room! We actually played the wall scrabble so many times we tried to find one for home! We had a small delay in getting pool/hot tub heated but it was working fine by the end of our stay. Good communication with rental company. Drive into attractions was great, but we did have some major traffic getting back to the house every evening. Not really a complaint, just be prepared if you have tired/hungry kids. Would definitely stay again!

The house was great for our large group. We had a few issues come up but were able to get someone down quickly in a timely manner to get them fixed.

Overall the house is a fun place to stay at while visiting Orlando. The arcades, various game tables, pool, and movie theater make it a fun place to spend time when you're not out and about. The house was lacking in details though. They give you the bare minimum in terms of household supplies like dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. There was no dish scrubber or sponge, and the toilet paper they supply is basically 1-ply cardboard, and only 1 roll in each bathroom. The kitchen didn't even have salt and pepper. This meant we had to go out and buy a lot of these things for the week we were there, and then leave them behind. One of the arcade games was broken down while we were there. There was no salt on the shuffle board table and it took several days for them to supply some. There are a bunch of board games shown in the listing photos, but there were none there when we got there. These were things that drew is to the rental, so to not have them available was a little frustrating. Overall it was a fine place to stay and we all had fun, which is the important part. I just would expect a little more attention to the little details with this high of a price point.
