Winter Wonderland is a 9-bedroom Solara home for families who want themed kids’ rooms, a private theater, and an expanded pool patio for downtime between park days. It sleeps up to 20 guests across king bedrooms, a room with two full beds, and two themed kids’ rooms.
A princess room, a space-themed room, a 10-seat theater with a 100-inch television, game room, screened pool, spa, and patio games give the home a strong indoor-outdoor entertainment setup.

The space was great, but appliances were worn & kitchen was missing some essentials, like dish towels, fry pan, baking dishes. Refrigerator had broken drawers, stove top stained & movie room furniture was torn & dingy looking. Sliding doors to pool were inoperable due to a broken track. Beds were comfortable! The community pool & waterpark were CLOSED for routine maintenance” there was NO communication prior to our arrival about this…. We picked this home & development based on the waterpark.

The Property and Villatel team went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! Themed rooms were great and kids loved it. The room was exactly as advertised - cozy and comfortable. We had such a wonderful experience that we would a3bsolutely love to stay with them again in the future!

Overall great stay - booking, follow-through, and entry were all easy. House was just right for our family of 20, ages 3 through 76. We utilized most every aspect of the house and had everything we needed for meals, cooking, etc. Club house pool and splash pad were nice. All of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Thank you!
