The Spaces
The kids will marvel at the winter-themed bedroom, replete with a glacial, snow-capped bedframe, adjoining life-sized princesses. Just down the hall, the superhero-themed bedroom is sure to satisfy your little superheroes, who won't turn down bedtime once they get a load of the bunk bed with a built-in slide, surrounded by incredible floor-to-ceiling wall art.
The fun continues throughout the house, starting with the private home theater on the main floor—featuring 10 ultra comfy leather recliners, led lighting, high-end projector and sound systems, and a giant projection screen. You'll also find some great arcade games in the theater, like a Pacman multi cade. After movie night, be sure to swing by the game room/loft, equipped with a karaoke system, arcade favorites like Fruit Ninja FX 2, a mini jungle gym for the little ones, and a lounge area with a smart TV.
Just outside the back door, your private, screened-in pool and spillover spa await, surrounded by five comfy loungers, and plenty of patio space to bask in the warm Orlando sun. Great location. Tons of space. I would not bother with the pool heater unless needed later. Turned out to be a waste. Otherwise, I would certainly endorse this property for large family gatherings.

The house had plenty of space and bedrooms. Some of the beds are too hard so maybe the owners will try them out and get some new ones. Also bring some shower racks there is no where to place shower items. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the big theater! One day we went to the clubhouse pool and it was fun!

It is April 2024 and I am still waiting for a refund that has never shown on my credit card statement. There were several issues with the house - i.e. no internet, no wifi, took many visits from tech people to get all working, edit room tv never worked the entire week (was voice activated which didn't work - 3 remotes didn't have backs on them and didn't work), we were at location at 4:00 to checkin and we got a call that property would not be available until 6:30 because insufficient cleaning staff. We also had groceries to be delivered at 5:00. For the expense, we were very disappointed. Because of late check-in, I guess it is your policy to charge client, but because it was not our fault, we were told we would at least get a $90 refund, but that has never happened. I would not recommend this management group. We had really bad experience and had alot of money invested. And the gas grill that we rented was a joke. Small and could hardly use. We have rented many properties and have never been charged for a gas grill. Also, the kitchen needed lots of equipment. There were no measuring spoons/cups and all of the pots/pans were huge. A trip to Dollar Tree and about $20 would have been a great plus for the kitchen.
