Rooms were clean. Host provided an air purifier which helped the rooms. Shampoo container looked full, but was filled with water. Just check for next guest.

The apartment inside is very nice and clean. The host was amazing. He gave me clear instructions to check in and always check to see if I needed anything. The apartment is in a central location close to everything. However the exterior of the property isnt very welcoming. the neighborhood isn’t very friendly. The area is dirty. There was garbage everywhere around the parking lot . Also many homeless people around the area. The pool doesn’t look sanitary. The pool is public and the development shares it all but it doesn’t look like there’s much maintenance. I won’t not go on that water. For a quick stay on the weekend the place is okay. Thank you so much to the host for great customer service. Sorry I feel it’s important to be honest

The interior is as advertised. The rental property company is kind and responsive. The exterior photos are not accurate. Unfortunately their is a troubling tenant below so I must note, The domestic violence altercation followed by arrest in parking lot upon arrival was absolutely one of the worst I have seen, yet it was something we looked past but unfortunately, the unit below had massive issues again at 2am. I hope the woman is ok. My student chose not to return the next evening due to regrets and fear. Its a game weekend so I get price increases and not as great places, but I would have wanted more accurate exterior pics to make my decision with the increase rate I paid anove normal rates for this property. I am not posting out of spite. I am posting so other parents who want to spend time with their student can pick the right place for their visit.
