THE BEAT FEATURE WAS THE AC was not locked out st some ridiculous number. WE LOVED THAT THE HOUSE WAS COLD AND IT MADE FOR SLEEPING SO MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE! Love love love that it was able to be changed at our discretion! The house was super cute and comfy! The house was nicely appointed and every room was clean and comfortable. The extra pillows and luggage stools were a great touch. The mirror in the bathroom was great especially for the condensation bc it had a defrost button. What a great idea. The ability to see the front door and porch at all times on the camera. Only suggestion would be to have another tablet in one of the rooms or the ability to be wireless to have it in the room while sleeping, due to the alarm not working without a code.

There were very minor things quite honestly. The main issue was some small visitors. Contact me for details. I had killed 4. Two as soon as we arrived and then each morning ( Saturday & Sunday ) there were two more found. They were all Alive as well They were in the living room. They were sizable too! 😝 The alarm as mentioned above did not work without a code. You couldn’t hit the stay or away without being prompted for a 4 digit code. I had called and text this to the host but there was no response or mitigation for this issue. I would have liked to set it for sleeping especially since the monitor is in the kitchen. The monitor did say there was a disabled or off line door. I believe it was the back door. It was locked the entire stay , I think it’s a sensor issue. The issue here was just being able to arm the house for extra safety. Again not the end of the world but just providing feedback. Having some extra kitchen garbage bags, there was only the one in the trash can itself and there was only big black utility bags in the drawer. We didn’t want to waste those. Maybe providing 1-2 extra 13 gallon bags would be a nice touch, especially for those shorter stays. I know it might sound a lot but it really wasn’t. The house is adorable and I hope that you will rent to me again when I come back to Tallahassee. It was such a pleasant stay and despite the few things I mentioned… I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in the Tallahassee area! Bravo on such a great little home!

Updates property. Spacious rooms and common areas. Nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located.

Only one bathroom. There are enough beds for 6 people but one bathroom is hard for 6 people to share.
