About this apartment rental
This is traditional southern Tallahassee with original brick and columns with a feeling that you have stepped back in time. Quaint and quiet. One mile from FSU Doak Campbell Stadium, Tallahassee Community College and 2.5 miles from the Capitol and FAMU. Several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Large pool, great for relaxation. Parking is free. There is a community pool and laundry room in the building.

Make sure you bring some type of streaming stick if you want to watch tv in the main room. We checked-in on Thanksgiving and there was no way to watch football. Luckily, we were able to get a Roku from the Walgreens that was open on the holiday.
The place was clean, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Overall, we had a good time and would stay there again.

Property is only 10 minutes from the airport. It’s only a mile from the stadium. It’s easy to get to the campus and restaurants!
Property is a little long in the tooth.ie the bathrooms need updating, especially the floors. Also would have been good to know that the coffee maker was a Keurig and not a standard coffee maker. Also couldn’t access local channels in spite of following the instructions. All this being said, I would stay there again! The owner was attentive and communicative!

Ehhhh. After a 7 hr drive to get there and an hour and a half after our designated check-in time, the cleaning lady was still there cleaning and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes before we could actually check in. Messaged property owners and it took a while for them to respond with "sorry she was taking her time".
Despite the cleanliness, a mildewy musty smell remained so it felt dirty and dingy and we ended up checking out a day early.
