Mrs Karen was very helpful and caring. Easy to communicate with and helpful in every aspect! House very nice, clean and have all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend this home. Location private and quiet with an awesome view! I can't say enough about the host and the property. Just beautiful!!!

Place was great. Nice and private. Great deck and views. Doors and windows open was super comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. She was available soon as we landed and promptly answered any question i had. Really loved the place

The house was at a remote location but the view was immaculate which makes the trek up the hill worth it! Definitely recommend an AWD vehicle for the roads. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and while the AC was only in the main area, we were all very comfortable with the fans in each room.

My stay at Karen's property in St. Thomas offered a mix of breathtaking island views and notable challenges that future guests should consider. First, the positives: the views from the property are truly spectacular, capturing a panoramic vista that is hard to top. Karen is also a very responsive host, quick to answer any queries and assist where she can. However, there are some important drawbacks to note. Access to the property is via a steep, narrow road that is in poor condition. An all-wheel-drive vehicle is a necessity, not a luxury here, so be prepared for a tricky drive. Another significant issue was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. The fans provided did little to alleviate the heat, making for uncomfortable, often interrupted sleep due to the warmth. If you are sensitive to heat, especially at night, this is a critical point to consider. Additionally, we encountered a problem with the kitchen door leading to the outside; it was defective and difficult to secure. The presence of mosquitoes was also noteworthy, especially when trying to enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace; they were almost enough to ruin the experience. While the stunning views and responsive hosting are definite pluses, the challenges we faced could impact the overall comfort of your stay. This is a wonderful spot if you’re prepared for a bit of adventure and don’t mind the heat, but those looking for a more serene island retreat might find these issues significant.
