About this house rental
Located on Dam Lake one of the 5 lakes on the Sugar Camp Chain 12 minutes from Eagle River, Wisconsin. We invite you to enjoy the breathtaking, unobstructed view of Pike Bay. The Lodge is on a grassy slope leading right to the shore of the lake. The chain consists of 2,300 acres of water for your enjoyment. The chain is known for its abundant Musky, Walleye, Small and Large Mouth Bass and huge assortment of pan fish, which you can catch right off the end of the pier!
The Lodge was the homestead of the original owners of the Historic Pike Bay Resort. No longer a resort, the lodge has been thoroughly modernized while maintaining its original "north woods charm". The large living room is knotty pine harvested from the surrounding woods. The fireplace was handmade from multi colored river rock, handpicked from the bottom of the lake years ago. The two large picture windows on each side of the fireplace face south giving you an outstanding view of the lake. Central air conditioning makes your break from playing in the sun enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms of the Lodge include: a bright master bedroom featuring a king size bed, dresser, desk, night stands and 2 closets. Attached is a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom is lakeside with a queen bed.. the third bedroom can sleep 6. It has 2 bunk beds single on top and double on the bottom. The second full size bathroom has a tub with a shower and can be accessed from this bedroom or the kitchen. The modern large kitchen has all full size appliances including a dishwasher, large double sink, full size range with oven and micro. All dishes pots, pans, glasses, utensils and coffee maker are furnished. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room directly off the kitchen for your private use.
Our guests can enjoy the Weber grill, fire pit, picnic table, wi-fi and direct t.v.. Weekly rentals run from Sat. to Sat. Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 9 am promptly so care may be taken to clean for our next guests. Weekly base rent is up to 5 people. $100 per person extra over 5. $25 daily guest fee and $35 a night. Pet fee $200 is per pet (must be pre-approved.) We also other rentals available close by for larger families.
The Lodge is adjacent to our newest rental "The Grand View at Pike Bay" and I also have other rentals on this chain and with in walking distance. We do consider pets ($200) pet fee per pet prior approval needed. I live just down the road so if you need anything during your stay. I can easily get it for you.

The Lodge was everything we were anticipating. It was clean, the kitchen had all the needed plates, cups, pots, silver, appliances, etc., the TV and satellite service worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, the heating/cooling worked well, and it has incredible views of the lake. We saw bald eagles everyday. The trees were changing colors and beautiful. It was quiet and relaxing. We strongly recommend the Lodge!
