About this house rental

Rustic & inviting waterfront 3 BR, 2 bath home that sleeps 8-10 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin over full bunks). Enjoy open concept living with a vaulted ceiling, gas log fireplace and large windows overlooking the river right off Yellow Birch Lake. Guests can enjoy the Bluetooth enabled hot tub for stays from Memorial weekend through Halloween. Fully equipped kitchen & in-home laundry. Relax on the deck, pier or lakefront gravel patio, cook breakfast or dinner on the Blackstone grill and roast S’mores over an open fire, enjoy fishing and boating, or plan to enjoy area amenities like snowmobile/ATV trails, hiking, biking and more!

The house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The kayaks were really nice and the hot tub was clean and a hit for the kids. We rented a boat and docked it at the pier for the week. That chain was great to explore and kids had a blast tubing. Overall, great stay, great hosts, and no complaints!
