Awesome panoramic ocean views! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home may also be booked w/ a 2 bedroom unit complete with its own kitchen. A perfect solution for 2 families that want to be together but have their own space. The 3 bedroom, two bath home features 2 queen bedrooms & a bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Granny flat has it's own kitchen & bath and can be accessed from the attached deck or a separate side door entry. This granny flat booked separately for additional rate per night. Total 9 guests in beds.

Sunset Cliffs is a breathtakingly gorgeous area located just south of Ocean Beach in the Point Loma Peninsula. It is out of the flight path but only a 10 minute drive to the airport. You'll enjoy gorgeous panoramic ocean views from the home and can enjoy lovely walks along the limestone cliffs just a couple blocks down the hill. This is a surfing and boating community and has so much to offer.
The granny flat may be accessed from a side entrance or via a shared deck. Granny flat is not part of the regular rental and may be added to booking. The front home has 2 queen beds and 2 twins and 2 larger sofas. The granny flat has 1 queen in the first bedroom and 1 twin in the second bedroom.
Guest count of 9 is including both units. The challenge on Air BnB is to have units separately but also together. When you book this home you are not booking both units. you are only booking the front home.
Pets must be pre-approved before booking. Please do not instant book until you get confirmation. We need to know more about your pet. Breed type, etc. Once you get approval you are welcome to book. No cats.
Booking person must be present and overnight at the home. No third party bookings. If you are considering doing this, please message me.
