About this apartment rental
Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo with a wall of windows overlooking Wright Square. This location is steps from all the best fine dining restaurants Savannah has to offer, as well as museums, casual restaurants, boutiques, specialty stores, bars, day spas and historic landmarks.
The condo has a large gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops which is open to a great dining room and living room with leather sectional sofa. The back bedroom has a Queen bed and nice bathroom next door off the hallway. The master bedroom at the front of the unit has a King bed, a lovely en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Conveniently, you will have a private laundry room with Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. The building has coded entry from street level into the lobby stairwell area. This unit is on floor 2 of a 2 story building and there is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs. Parking is on-street and meters are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone. Or by paying one of the several public parking garages within a 3 block radius directly.
We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $15 flat fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

Perfect location for stay in Savanah’s historic district. Very comfortable condo that had everything we needed when not out enjoying the town.

Wow, what an amazing place. The location was perfect, literally a 0.5 mile walk to EVERYTHING! Unfortunately, it rained every day we were there but thankfully, not a heavy rain so we were still able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this place for beauty and location.

We were underwhelmed with our stay at this property. While the apartment is nice, particularly the kitchen - the rugs, sofa and pillows and accents are worn and dated. The hallway used to enter the property was rancid and smelled of sewage. It was difficult to enjoy the space when you are offended by the aroma on your entry and exit. On the final day my friend saw an unsavory bug in the hallway-which I hesitate to name. The owner was very responsive but this place needs some major tweaks- new rugs,couch, pillows and an entryway and hallway do over.
