This large 1350 sq. ft. St. Andrews Common 2 bed/ 2 bath 1st floor villa flat is in the famous, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island resort. It is all on one level and has a wrap around private patio with electric outdoor grill and patio furniture for 6. Each bedroom is completely private. The floorplan is bigger than a one bedroom with partial loft advertised as the "2nd bedroom.")
The dining area farmhouse kitchen table has a bench and can sit 7 people. Great for family dinner! The living room has a large smart TV so you can easily watch Netflix or Amazon Prime movies. The master bedroom has a large TV too.
The guest bedroom has a luxury queen size mattress that sleeps like a dream, a twin bed, and a smaller TV and DVD player. The kitchen closet has a large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit is near the pool and has 2 cruiser bikes and beach chairs for you to use for free.
No other St. Andrews Common unit is more convenient to get in to than this one. Our side door is steps from parking, so bringing in groceries & luggage from your car is so easy- no steps or stairs to climb! Guests keep coming back to enjoy our comfortable furniture and wrap-around convenient to access patio.

Two FULL SIZE bedrooms/2 baths, and a small keeping room with full-size fold-out sofa bed with a mattress topper to improve comfort ideal for small children. A KING bed is in the master with a private bath, and the guest room has 1 TWIN bed and 1 QUEEN bed with a luxury mattress. The guest room is adjacent to a private bath.
The THREE FLAT screen LCD TVs all have cable. A 31 inch wide Panasonic in the master, a 39 inch wide TV in the living, and a smaller TV in the guest room. The living room and guest room have a DVD player, and we have a DVD library for all ages (ask me for the list of DVD's if you would like to know the titles ahead of time). A comfy recliner sits in the living room to kick back & watch the golf channel in.

Thank you…It was a perfect condo and location! We so enjoyed your place!!! Didn’t use the pools as it was rainy a lot and not warm enough, but we had a great time biking or driving to see areas…Would love to return sometime! Mary

Quiet spacious condo in a convenient location near entrance of resort with accessibility to tennis courts nearby. Bikes were a great ammenity to see entire resort or a visit to the General Store on well maintained bike path. Easy ride to the Beach Club for beach walk and sunning. Condo was spacious and as described in listing. Mattresses were comfy and AC kept the unit quite comfortable. Owners were very responsive to any questions.

Our second time staying at this property. Its in a great location with easy access to the pool. The villa is clean, has amenities as described, and has a nice amount of space for 4 to 6 people. Beds are comfortable. Susan is a great host and is very responsive to any needs or concerns.

The villa is so bright and beachy. Loved the wet bar. Lots of cozy spaces. The outdoor patio wraps around the villa. Parking was easy just steps from the villa. The pool area is big and beautiful. We used the bikes everyday. We had an awesome week!
