About this villa rental
Come and enjoy our 2nd floor villa. Granite kitchen, freshly painted cabinets, HDTV, new appliances, furniture, and gleaming hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is located in the loft up a spiral staircase. It includes two twin bed which can be pushed together to form a king bed, and also has a private bath. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the vaulted Living area. The villa is perfect for a large family or two couples. High speed WiFi access allows you to check your email, surf the web for island activities, or stay an extra week because you can get some work done.
Hilton Head is a gorgeous place to spend a vacation, and St. Andrews in Palmetto Dunes is one of our favorite locations. You will be steps away from the beautiful pool, and a just a two-minute car ride or five minute bike ride from the beach.
Or, through Labor Day, take the free Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle to the beach or go shopping at Shelter Cove. Palmetto Dunes offers three championship golf courses, the nationally ranked Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center with 23 clay courts (2 hours of free court-time included for renters), and bike and kayak rentals.

This property was an excellent choice for my two friends and myself. The unit was so nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals when we chose to eat in and the beds and pillows were vert comfortable. Tom, our host, could not have been more accommodating. We spoke several times and he was so very helpful and considerate. The unit looked out on the golf course and I enjoyed my early morning coffee on the porch while warching and lustening to the various birds. We frequented the beach and the pool daily. The free Dunes Buggy Shuttle was a great perk. It took us back and forth to the beach as well as to shopping and restaurants. We rode bikes daily and really appreciated the bikes that came with the unit. There were also beach chairs and an umbrella that came with the unit and we used them daily. Highly recommend this unit. We couldn't have found better hosts. We will definitely rent again. Thanks Tom and Jan.

The condo was clean. No issues checking in. The Palmetto Dunes resort is very nice and it's great to have everything close by. We enjoyed biking to the beach and General Store. Very convenient. We were disappointed that there was no mention that the pool didn't open until April 1st so we were not able to use the pool at all. Even after they supposedly opened it, it was dirty and not well taken care of. The couch was very uncomfortable to just sit on a watch TV. The furniture really needs to be replaced. However the beds were comfortable. Dryer vent isn't attached properly so it was like a rain forest when using it. A several other fixes are needed like new mini blinds on the patio doors, bathroom fan in main floor bath, minor things like that. The St Andrews Villas is a nice complex though and very quiet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the condominium. It was clean and found it very comfortable. I would suggest that the non-stick fry pans be replaced as they were quite scratched. Other than that, we were quite pleased with all that was provided to us.
