About this villa rental
Come and enjoy our 2nd floor villa. Granite kitchen, freshly painted cabinets, HDTV, new appliances, furniture, and gleaming hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is located in the loft up a spiral staircase. It includes two twin bed which can be pushed together to form a king bed, and also has a private bath. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the vaulted Living area. The villa is perfect for a large family or two couples. High speed WiFi access allows you to check your email, surf the web for island activities, or stay an extra week because you can get some work done.
Hilton Head is a gorgeous place to spend a vacation, and St. Andrews in Palmetto Dunes is one of our favorite locations. You will be steps away from the beautiful pool, and a just a two-minute car ride or five minute bike ride from the beach.
Or, through Labor Day, take the free Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle to the beach or go shopping at Shelter Cove. Palmetto Dunes offers three championship golf courses, the nationally ranked Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center with 23 clay courts (2 hours of free court-time included for renters), and bike and kayak rentals.

We really enjoyed the condominium. It was clean and found it very comfortable. I would suggest that the non-stick fry pans be replaced as they were quite scratched. Other than that, we were quite pleased with all that was provided to us.

Location/property was as advertised. Only issue was the toilet upstairs ran constantly. Realized it was the chain getting stuck under the flapper and I was able to adjust that

Unit is in need of painting (dirty walls in high use areas).
Bathrooms in poor condition. Handle to bathroom sink came off second day of visit, rendering it unusable. Property management was unable to repair prior to departure. Excessively loud/vibrating bathroom fan needs to be replaced.
Location is fine as Palmetto Dunes community is very nice.
While not able to resolve aforementioned bathroom problem, owners were responsive via text & email.
