Fully furnished walkout basement. Large open living space with large industrial style cooking space to enjoy meals, conversations, and a great time. Upstairs Master bed suite has Queen size bed with full bathroom and Jacuzzi. Total of four bedrooms upstairs including master suite. One has a full size, another a queen size bed, and the bonus room has two singles. The downstairs master suite has a queen bed. Office is available with a computer or for reading and music pleasures. Fireplace warms the living area with High Def TV. Deck available for barbecuing and relaxing. Located in well lite area, very quiet, with police monitoring. Twenty minutes away from Churchill Downs, Downtown, and the Ohio River. Fifteen minutes from Bourbon Trail. Perfect for Kentucky Derby, travelers looking to celebrate events, family, and alike are welcome.

The property was immaculate and extremely comfortable for everyone. There were 3 issues though: 1. The dishwasher was not attached to the countertop and could be easily overbalanced when the door was opened. 2. The fridge freezer leaked a little bit when we checked to see if the icemaker was working or not.3. We could not find any scissors in the kitchen and could have really used it in our prepping of food. Otherwise everyone was so happy that the property was centrally located to every distillery that we wanted to go to. Thank you for helping us make our stay there safe and fun. We only wish that we would have taken some photos at this house, but at the end of a long day, we were just appreciative of comfortable place to crash. Thank you, again!!! :)

This is a nice house. yes, family friendly, games for kids, pool table in basement. The surfaces we dealt with were clean, someone else said the house could use a deep clean. I agree. while the floors were clean, we looked under the sectional for something we lost, lots of dust etc there. The freezer side if the refrigerator leaked, we mopped it up and it didn't leak again while we were there. Maybe the drain can't handle the condensation during the defrost cycle. The owner responded to all questions quickly. There was plenty of seating, beds, baths for our family of 7. we had enough dishes for our needs. The neighbor is quiet and family oriented. We would rent again.

Everyone enjoyed an opportunity to get together. We had a good time. The home is in a nice neighborhood and had what we needed.
The house could use a deep cleaning on carpet, wood floors, and windows. Furniture needed dusting especially downstairs and behind furnishings. Cleaners need to check for trash and items. Additional lighting in the bedrooms would help to navigate the rooms in the dark (i.e. bedside lamps) Make sure all Television equipment are located to operate the tv's
